Total trading reached AED 8.17 billion across 4,558 transactions, a -8.8% drop in value and +8.8% increase in activity versus last week (AED 8.95 billion, 4,188 deals). Off-plan dominated by value with a 66.0% share (AED 5.39 billion), while ready assets contributed 34.0% (AED 2.78 billion).
